This place deserves more than 5 stars. The techs well knowledged at what they do. They are very amicable and welcoming. They will make you nails just as you request. The place is very clean and quite. Overall an amazing experience twice.

I called to ask if I could pull in with my semi truck and the girl who answered said yes. How about as soon as I pull into the shopping center where 9000 nails is at it says no trucks with more than 6 wheels completely wasted my time. Next time I’ll take an Uber to get things done in this area as I see they don’t allow bob tail trucks on premises around at a lot of places here in charlotte no. They will not see me ever and get my business. Next time say I don’t know if you don’t know instead of saying yes to get business.

I had heard good things about this nail salon and gave it multiple tries, tried being respectfully precise because I really did want to give it a chance but each time I left disappointed, the shaping of my nails were awful and I’d ask them to re file but in the end gave up. Each time it was rushed and it seemed the nail techs did not care about taking their time what so ever. I would not recommend this place but certain nail techs were very sweet and respectful, their work was not up to par. My nails did not remotely look at all to the pictures that are shown.

It's hard to find someone to do your nails the way you want them done. I'm pleased to say I found my place!! They take their time & do a fantastic job! Reasonably priced. Clean environment, Friendly. Convenient for me so I go there on my lunch break. I've been going there for years now. Love the designs done on my toes too.

I've lived in Charlotte for 20 years, never have I found a superb nail salon until today! 9000 Nails is by far the best salon I've visited. This location is my new found joy!!
