This shop is a God-send. Went here for a second opinion after an outrageous quote from an "auto repair broker". (Also had my annual vehicle inspection.)
After the preliminaries, I turned over my keys and waited.
Greg came to share the sad news: my transmission is ready for a rest. He explained why, gave me a quote (less than half of what the "broker" quoted!), and explained the warranty for the repair.
Time to make a decision. *sigh*
My experience with Auto Shop of the Carolinas has been wonderfully positive, from my initial phone conversations with Greg a couple of weeks ago to actually meeting Greg and Tony today.
I was treated like a valued human being and not a walking wallet.

This has been my go to auto shop for the past 15 years. They are fair and always take care of me. They service all of the vehicles for my coworkers as well and we know when we call, we can count on them! I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

There are few good auto repair shops in the Charlotte area that we can find and Auto Shop of the Carolinas is one of them. This is the second time they have repaired my car under the vehicle warranty. They always assist me with the repairs that the vehicle needs without selling me services that I do not need. Yes, I would recommend it many times.

Nowadays is not common to find a trusted nor reputable car repair shop with good quality work for a reasonable price. Me and my husband were referred here by a friend and ever since we have not gone anywhere else. We love this shop. They treat us great every time and they fix the problem. Can I also say how delightful it is to sit in the customer waiting room and it be clean and smell good, they have an area you can sit at and plug your phone in, or put your laptop on a table and do work so to speak, coffee and creamer, and nice bathrooms! I have only good things to say about this place. The owner took me by suprise when he messaged me to see if everything was going well with our cars and to let them know if we needed any new appointments. Also! They sent me a free sirus XM trial for 3 months just for being a customer. That was awesome. I'm truly greatful for this autoshop and I hope they continue to stay the way they are 💖.
