I have to rate Auto Shops Of The Carolinas a 5 star . From the first phone call I was relieved and pleased . Very professional, attentive and a fast response and service . Greg was awesome. The car was towed there late evening, they took the car for a test drive , hooked it to the diagnostic machine . By 10am we had a phone call with news about the problem. Greg kept communicating as there was another issue found . They fixed it then test drove it again to be sure everything was working properly before calling us to pick up the car . I will definitely use them again for any auto repairs . Great service .

I’ve been coming here for years because it’s always consistent care! I love how they provide photos of your car to explain what is needed. Good communication and they always work hard to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.

This shop is a God-send. Went here for a second opinion after an outrageous quote from an "auto repair broker". (Also had my annual vehicle inspection.)
After the preliminaries, I turned over my keys and waited.
Greg came to share the sad news: my transmission is ready for a rest. He explained why, gave me a quote (less than half of what the "broker" quoted!), and explained the warranty for the repair.
Time to make a decision. *sigh*
My experience with Auto Shop of the Carolinas has been wonderfully positive, from my initial phone conversations with Greg a couple of weeks ago to actually meeting Greg and Tony today.
I was treated like a valued human being and not a walking wallet.
