Let me say to begin with I have been a lifetime AAA customer for all my regular maintenance services for over 20 years. I have always used the dealership for any major service issues (BMW, Lexus n Mercedes). I was recommended by a friend to try B&R for work I have always had done by the dealerships. B&R has earned my respect and gratitude for all work performed for over a year now. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend their services.

Too bad there isn’t a ZERO Star option! We are from out of town, took our truck there for a repair and they quoted it needs an entire engine after the truck had been there for 30 minutes…..took it to the dealer and they said thermostat. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE - they will screw you over!! They also won’t refund the $120 diagnostic fee - I HATE shops like this, would never recommend this shop to anyone!

I stopped in after discovering my headlight was out on a long drive & the service was great. Angel went out of his way to help me and get me back on the road quickly. He was super friendly and really made the whole experience pleasant. They texted when the repair was done, so there was no waiting and wondering.

I had a great experience at B&R. Angel and his team had me in and out in an hour to replace all four spark plugs and an ignition coil. They even checked my oil and drove it for a test to make sure the car was no longer shaking. I was super appreciative that they were able to do the work so quickly.
