Tammy never disappoints. That’s my girl! Her personality & work 10/10. 10000000 stars! & I love Zala & the front desk receptionist. They are really like my group of girl best friends I never had 🥰 they keep me coming to this place. I love, love LOVE them. They make me feel so special & Tammy never lets me leave without me being satisfied ☺️

Here's an honest review and I'm scared it will be deleted since I see they do that here.(it's okay, I plan to copy and paste bc people need to know) I went yesterday to get my nails done with a friend and her experience was great with the lovely girl who did her nails amd she was so nice to me too (i hope you find better employment), mine not so much. I told them I have not gotten my nails done in at least 10 years but I know how to keep them healthy. I informed them I had anxiety about it all and instead of being welcoming the guy ignored everything I said. I wanted simple matte black short nails with small flower designs in a brownish orange(i saw it on pinterest and I could do it at home). He proceeded to argue with me on length and I told him I wanted them shorter and he cut them and I told him again and he ignored me saying "that's too short." (I'll show you) he then proceeds to tell me he could only do the design on one finger and I told him "look you're the professional, whatever you feel is best. I believe I AM GETTING ENGAGED and I just want them to look good but please walk me through it before you do it. He claims ombre would look good and I say we can try it out and he grabs an airbrush kit and the wrong color and proceeds to do "ombre"(you'll see in pictures). After he "finishes" (rushed mess, he messed up several times and wiped it off with a napkin but it left streaks looking so stupid and I was so upset) i explained to him nicely bc i get the service industry) I didn't like it and I am happy to pay whatever I need to for him to make it matte black and no designs bc at this point I'm hopeless and he proceeds to try to give me black polka dots on the orange... I say "no I'm so sorry, I would rather just go matte black and he gets angry, rushes the black coat and doesn't let my hand dry before applying another and once again doesn't let my hand dry before applying the matte coat. I leave very upset and sure to never step foot back into a nail salon again. They charged me 66 and since I'm a push over that has worked in the service industry too long I left a 10 dollar tip bc I don't know how they are paid so it evened out to be like 77 dollars for nails that he left orange all over and on my skin around it that wont come off, started to bubble less than 24 hours later, almost RUINING MY ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS. THEY CHIPPED IN THE SHOWER BC OF THE BUBBLES AND NOW THERE IS WET PAINT EVERYWHERE. I tried to be nice and talk to him and he shut me up each time, he got other nail techs to laugh at my nails, wouldn't let them dry, and almost ruined my engagement photos. I am pissed and heartbroken, I won't blast your name on here but if you have been doing nails for 10 years maybe you should know to let them dry.... pitiful.... also when you see this, I want a refund.

Front desk staff were so kind and attentive! The atmosphere was very pleasant. They really work with you to achieve your desired look! Tammy was the best! She brought my inspo to life and continued to check in with me as she went to make sure I was happy

Had a wonderful experience there for my first visit. Pricing is reasonable and customer service is excellent. I believe Leslie did my nails. I’m unsure if that’s her name but she has an adorable son that I meet. After 3 weeks no lifting. Louis did my toes. Still unsure if that is his correct name but you can’t miss him because he has a unique style and awesome hair. Overall I recommend this place and will return in the future.

First time at this Elan location on Dave Lyle, I’ve been to several nail salons in the area and this is the first time I felt fully satisfied. Kevin was very sweet and listened to what I actually wanted. I rarely get my nails done but I WILL be back! My boyfriend had Tammy who had a fantastic personality and did a lovely job as well. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into something different than we requested because they didn’t want to do it or have time. EXCELLENT experience!
