I was very excited to get my nails done for my birthday, and found this nail salon on Google with a decent amount of reviews and 4.8 stars, and scheduled a time to come in. At first everyone was nice, and although it was very old and dirty and there were stains on the chairs, walls and equipment we thought it wouldn’t be fair to judge the quality of the work here. Soon after I was seated to start the pedicure the nail tech got a call on her phone and answered it while she was still massaging my feet with lotion, using one hand in the meantime. The call lasted very long, and once she got off she didn’t change the glove she held the phone with, she kept going back and forth between using the phone and touching my feet. Before painting my toenails she asked me to choose a “simple design” from their website. I chose a cute design I liked that they advertised on their website and showed it to the nail tech, which she said was fine and the nail tech took a picture of it. So she painted my toenails a color to complement how my finger nails would look. When we got to the nail bar to get my fingernails painted the other nail tech told us that she couldn’t do that design, and started telling me how she was going to do it, not asking. I understandably got upset and respectfully told them that that’s not what we were told and if we had known that they couldn’t do that then we would have chosen something else from the beginning. She started the design and at the end it looked absolutely nothing like the picture that THEY ADVERTISED THEY COULD DO ON THEIR WEBSITE. It looked so sloppy and messy, words can’t even describe how horrible it looked. I respectfully pointed out how it looked nothing like the picture and I was met with an attitude. In the end she took off the design and provided me with a single nail color, the almond shape didn’t even look almond at all, each nail looked crooked and uneven, super thick, lots of gunk underneath each nail, and part of my thumb was tender from how aggressive she was filing the side of my nail which I felt was obvious that she should be more careful given the fact that I jumped 3 times from how painful it was every time she went over it. At the very end she only took $20 off, so it ended up being $110. I actually started crying towards the end because of how rude and unprofessional the whole experience was and the lady never even offered an apology. I’m also in a line of work where I can’t normally have nails, and since I had a month off, I was very excited to get my nails done for once. Now we’re out $110 for something that we could’ve paid someone else to do it right. Don’t come here.

I have yet to find a "home" nail place. Everywhere I'd been has been overly expensive for not great work. So I was shocked when the place I'd been also happens to be the closest! I was a walk in today. They took me without issue. I got a normal pedicure and a gel manicure. Rio did my toes. He was super fast but attentive. Vi did my gel manicure. She was delightful. She shaped my nails the way I wanted them and didn't talk me into tips or cutting my nails when I said I wanted to use my natural nail just shape them. (My nails aren't all the same length at the moment) they turned out beautiful. The prices were fair and the quality of work matches. I'll be back for sure!

I recently visited this nail salon, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I wasn't greeted warmly; instead, the receptionist immediately asked what nail design I was getting, assuming I wanted something elaborate. When I mentioned I just wanted a simple oval shape, I was met with indifference.
The shaping of my nails was terrible, and despite asking Hannah multiple times to fix the shape, she became visibly frustrated. Her rough handling and the fact that she started speaking in Vietnamese, likely about me, made the situation even more uncomfortable.
To top it off, she didn't even apply two coats of gel polish, leaving my nails looking uneven and poorly done. I was so unhappy with the service that I refused to let them touch my toes. Towards the end she told me the total then replied you can add a tip as well. I’m a firm believer of tipping no matter what, but I was very dissatisfied. Overall, I hated the entire experience and would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I went to Elegant nails expecting to get beautiful almond-shaped nails, as depicted in the photos in google, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff was friendly, but that was the only positive thing about my visit.
Despite my clear request for almond-shaped nails, every single nail I got was a different shape—some were round, some were square, slanted and none looked like the shape I had asked for. It was obvious they didn't know how to achieve the basic shapes they advertise in their pictures.
I also asked for a specific design, but they completely disregarded my request and did something that did not look anything like what I asked for, took almost 3 hours for the tech to take off my full set and do what is depicted on the pictures. The quality of the work was so poor that I had to visit another salon to have them fixed. I was embarrassed to be seen with my nails in such a state.
Given the disparity between the advertised pictures and the actual skills of the technicians, it's clear that Elegant Nails can't deliver on what they promise. I was very disappointed and won't be returning. If you're considering this salon, I'd suggest you look elsewhere for professional and consistent nail work. The staff might be nice, but the results are not worth it.

We had a disappointing experience at Elegant Nails on 5/11. Was not going to write a bad review but I have to speak up, I hate for nail techs to think they did a good job when they did not.
Despite trying to be understanding, the service fell short of expectations. We were charged $135 for a full set and pedicure for a 12yr old, which turned out to be subpar. The nail technicians, although elderly, did not follow the instructions provided. The result was nails that were mishapen and far from the inspiration picture. This was particularly upsetting as it was for my daughter's birthday, and the outcome did not match the special occasion we had in mind.
Furthermore, the job done on the pedicure was also disappointing; it's been 1 day since leaving the salon and the full set already looks like it's been on for 2 weeks . The polish used was not to our liking, and when we expressed this, the nail tech dismissed our concern by saying "it's just polish" instead of offering to change it to a color we preferred. Additionally, the nail polish on both the manicure and pedicure was applied in a rushed manner, resulting in a dull appearance with not enough layers.
Overall, this experience was not worth the cost, and I would not consider returning to this location and would never recommend this location to anyone.
