First time visiting this nail salon as I usually drive to Harrisburg but I thought I would try them out. Service was quick. But the actual work was very disappointing. I went to visit this place because of the previous reviews. Just got basic dip powder polish today on hands and gel on toes. But by the time I left and made it to the grocery store my nails already started chipping and I notice several flaws. There is paint all around my cuticles and the nail bed is not smooth it’s very grainy. Was going to get a design with two lines across my nail bed but the nail artist was struggling a little with creating the lines, so we kept it basic. Also I noticed some health concerns. 1 the toe separator that was used to separate your toes for painting was not in an unsealed bag it was just laying in her caddy, she used it for my toes and put it back into here caddy she did not dispose of it. Which leaves me to believe the same one is used on multiple people. 2. The dip powder was not poured into a separate container to dip your nails. Instead it is dipped into the entire tub which means everyone’s finger is being dipped into the tub which if you have any time of nail fungus or etc, the whole container is contaminated. Even past the health concerns this was the worst nail service I have ever had. Not for sure if everyone from this establishment is like this or if it was just the person I had. But unfortunately your employees affect your business which is why I had to give this place 1 star.

Until recently I was a regular at this shop. My nail tech was out of the country but Monica assured me she would take care of me. I told her weeks before hand that I was expecting to be ENGAGED that night and with her being the owner of the salon, I trusted Monica. To my surprise, Monica was 36mins late to my appointment. When she arrived she was rushing me the entire time. I couldn’t decide which shade of chrome I wanted, I also told Monica that I wanted my nails shaped “tapered almond flat”. As you can see from the picture, my nails looked like dinosaur eggs. When I asked Monica to please help me reshape them, she became increasingly rude. I wish I was lying when I say Monica, the owner of this salon argued with me for about 30mins. She even began to talk about me to other customers in the salon. I’ve never felt so embarrassed and disrespected during maintenance services in my life. She literally made my “engagement maintenance day” hell. I rather search high and low for another salon before I pay for services at Monica’s salon ever again. So unprofessional and rude, her salon will never get another dollar from me.

The Need To Splurge & Luxuriate In One self. After A Long Work Week Then In Return Dish Out All Your Hard Earned Money To Bills...Don't You Believe We Deserve Some Pampering!!! I've Been Going To Exquisite Nails For A While. This Is HUGE For Me!! Haley & The Owner Truly Go Out Of Their Way To Please Thier Clients. If You're Unhappy With The Service Your Always Welcome To Immediately Return & They Will Gladly Correct The Issue...Not Many Businesses Value Loyal Clients. It Seems To Be A Thing Of The Past. I Can Honestly Say That's Not The Case With Exquisite Nails. The Entire Staff Always Makes The Effort To Go Out Of Their Way To Guarantee Your Pampered & Leave With A Smile!! Tell The Stacey Sent You😊

Please have your technicians spend more time on scrubbing my feet instead of massaging them. I came in the shop for a pedicure, not a massage. I'll definitely mention this next time I visit your shop.
