I wasn't sure about the location but then people started arriving, so I figured that it must be good. And it is! Casual diner setting with great food. Not expensive; great value. The salsa is super good.
If you want reasonably priced good food in a family setting, try Miguel's.

Horrible ESTABLISHMENT with HORRIBLE service! I went to buy breakfast and was not greeted. OK, understandable. I was trying to place an order to go and I so confused on where to order. I saw two employees just looking at me and I had to ask them where to place the order. He did was point and just kept looking at me. They were not busy. When I got to the register, the cashier was rude too. I didn't wait much for my food to come out, I'm sure the only good thing. When I ate it at home, gosh was it salty. I didn't take their rudeness to heart and never judge a restaurant by their attitude BUT horrible service AND FOOD. NO THANK YOU! DISGUSTING! Do NOT come here!

Mediocre at best. Bland basic Mexican food. Bland. Basic. Find food elsewhere. It’s like eating food from the back of a shopping cart. Had to dump the bland salsa on it to give it some flavor. Ask owner for his recommendation. This was his choice. Blandness.

Maybe it will be better next time. They never came to check on me. The drink was ok, did what it was supposed to do. The chicken street tacos were really wet which made the taco fall apart. I will definitely try it again though. Seemed really authentic

IF you get stuck in Charlotte during to a flight snafu and get put up in an airport hotel and like Mexican food, This is the place to go. Sure it may not look like much, but don't be fooled by the fact that it's under a trial lawyer billboard with terrible pun humor. The food was fast and delicious. Chimichangas, horchata, margaritas, tacos. .. everything hit the spot. It's about a $10 Uber ride from the hotels. Not walkable. If you're nice enough to the airport shuttle drivers, they might even take you. Hope you don't wind up next to a group of recently fired employees of the same airline that screwed up your flight. Apparently, their customers and employees share similar frustrations, and their margaritas revealed some colorful intel. It's small and loud, but there's a nice outdoor section.
