Customer service was awesome. I love this place. I’ve never heard of gel X but you got to Get it. It dries really quick, It does not chip or crack and You can’t really tell that it’s on your hands and it’s all natural. I love it. There’s no acrylic all I can say is wow and it’s cheaper. You guys gotta come. They are opening another store number two. Google it. It’s worth it..

Great place to unwind and get pampered. Customer Service is on point from the time you walk in, sit down, and start nails. My nail technician expert (Gina) listens to nail style clearly and pays close attention to detail when working on your nails. She does a fabulous job and is kind. Thank you to the staff as well for checking on the customers and doing their due diligence with EXCELLENT SERVICE from START to FINISH!!

Probably the best manicure I’ve ever had. Emily was my tech and I came to her with a challenge- I wanted chrome gold French tips. She put in so much effort to make them completely perfect- she even enlisted help from her colleagues. At one point I think I had five people gathered around just to watch!! I’m so happy with the result and grateful for artists who take so much pride in their work.

Walked in with hubby on a Sunday afternoon for mani-pedis and they were a little understaffed so the wait was a bit longer. Didn't mind they served us some drinks while we waited. The manager Vi was super friendly and professional she got my color ready and made sure we were all set the whole time. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and professional. My manicure tech Lou was the best though, super sweet and the quality of her work speaks for itself ! she even added a personal touch to my gelx set and I'm obsessed. This is my new nail spot honestly

Went for the first time over the weekend and it was great! Loved the atmosphere and the ladies there were so nice! I got my nails done by Gina and when I tell you she is a pro 👏🏽👏🏽. She was so nice and personable and got the job done beautifully! Will definitely be back again.
