A good mechanic is like a good dentist. Honest, knowledgeable and conservative when it comes to your care. Moose is all of the above. He has integrity. Many times other mechanics have said I needed work when Moose will tell me it can wait. I came in this morning at 8 am for new brake pads on all 4 wheels and he had me out by 9:30. He even went above and beyond and checked/filled my low tire pressure. Moose will 100% be my first call moving forward when it comes to my car. Also, his rates are extremely fair.

I recently had new headlights installed at Moose Auto and I get my yearly inspections performed here. Moose is very trustworthy, honest, and doesn’t try to upsell you. If you are looking for a honest mechanic and fair prices, then I would take your car to Moose auto. He is very friendly and will explain what is wrong with your car.

I've been taking my car to Moose for over 6 years, and I couldn't be happier with his service. Moose is hands down the best auto mechanic in Belmont, NC. Every visit has been a fantastic experience. Moose is knowledgeable, honest, and always goes above and beyond to ensure my car is running smoothly. Whether it's routine maintenance/oil change, or it’s something more niche, I trust Moose completely. In my opinion, it’s rare to find a mechanic who truly cares about their customers the way that Moose does. Highly recommend to anyone in need of top-notch auto service!

Great family owned business!!!!. Moose Auto Service in Belmont is one of the BEST repair shop I have ever been to. I Will Not take my Infiniti to no one else but Moose. I’ve been going to them over 5 plus years, and has Never been disappointed with any of their work. Trust me when I tell you, they will take care of you. Stop by see Moose.. tell them that “Rika” sent you, you want regret it.I promise you.” And I have APPROVED this message..My #1 shop.👍
