I’ve been going to this nail salon for a little while now and I seriously LOVE it here! The vibe is always chill, the space is clean, and the customer service is top-tier.
My go-to nail tech is Adam — he’s absolutely amazing! He’s super detail-oriented and always checks in with me throughout the process to make sure I’m happy with everything. You can tell he really takes pride in his work, and I appreciate that so much. He’s also never had an issue with making any adjustments if I want something tweaked — no attitude, just great energy and professionalism every single time.
One thing I really love is their 14-day free nail fix warranty. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if anything chips or breaks, they’ll take care of it — no extra stress, no extra charge. That kind of customer care isn’t easy to find these days!
I’ve never had a bad experience here. The whole team is friendly, the quality is consistent, and my nails always come out looking chef’s kiss. Whether I’m getting something simple or a more creative set, they always deliver. No complaints at all — I’m definitely a regular now!

After debating between many places, I chose NP nail spa. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a nice younger man and he told me that my wait would be around 15 minutes. I had two other friends come with me as well and the workers were able to start on all of us at the same time.
I was serviced by a middle aged man wearing a mask, while my two friends were serviced my an older married couple towards the front of the store. I came to get a short full acrylic set which my nail tech quoted at $50 (reasonable). He then told me it would be $15 for a cuticle trim (I thought that was high, but I didn’t mind paying it since I was in desperate need of it). I ended up getting a square shape, but they were very sharp, so I ended up coming home and rounding out the edges. I didn’t say anything about the shape while there because technically I did get a square shape, just not exactly how I’d wanted it.
The only reason I decided to rate this place 4 stars was because the older man (one of my friends’ nail tech) that checked me out was very transparent about how my nail tech charged me $15 for a cuticle trim when it’s only supposed to be $10. The older man also gave me a 10% discount due to being a student and gave me a 10% discount card that I can use for my future visits. Additionally, he informed me that they have a 14 day policy!! If anything happens your nails within 14 days, no matter the cause of the damage, they will fix your nails free of charge.
Ultimately, I decided I will be back here, but I know who to look for upon future visits!

I was looking for a nail salon in Charlotte and took a chance on this place, and they are AMAZING! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. If you go, ask for Mina, I had her and my nails came out perfect — I’ll just let the photos speak for themselves. On top of the talented nail techs, they also do a student discount. 100 percent recommend this place!

This was definitely the best experience I have had at a nail salon in Charlotte in A WHILE! I made an appointment and I was seated immediately after I got there. Michelle helped me choose a design for my nails because I am very picky and indecisive. She did an amazing job! This was my first time getting almond shape and it is perfect! Everyone was so nice and the man up front was very accommodating especially when I told him it was my first time there. I will definitely be going back.

NP nails is the best! Tim and Jenny are incredible and you can’t beat the quality, service, or price. They always have new options for polish, including the new cat eye nail polish I got! You won’t find a better place to get your nails done.
