I've been going to this salon for YEARS. Lately, it seems the owners and product have gone downhill. I called today because the service I received was literally chipping and breaking my nails. I asked if they could reserve a spot for me at LATEST 615pm as I am at work, but I would like to have my nails fixed. I was told I could not secure an appt with the person I go to because they do not want to wait....I literally pleaded with them and inquired about the fact they close at 730- last person accepted at 7 why can't I be helped?! I feel like after several issues with rude techs, the continued early closing, and today's fiasco, they have lost a client. Now I must go somewhere else to have their work fixed at full price instead of them being accommodating and true to their hours. Additionally, this would be the 2nd time for me coming in to have these fixed within 9 days. Katie and Hannah are phenomenal, and I hate to leave them, but when your money and customer loyalty are not wanted, you take heed and leave.

Both nail techs who handled my pedicure and manicure seemed nice completely uninterested and barely looked at me the entire service, although they did offer me something to drink which was nice. I had to have my pedicure touched up before I left because she left off a portion of my big toes which had I had not noticed and said something I would have been quite miffed when I got home. There seemed to be no place to dry my toes, and if there was it wasn't offered to me. I had to fan my own toes with a menu to get out the door. The finished product is nice and the facility is clean but I probably won't be back

Extremely disappointed at my experience at this salon this morning. Ended up paying $80 for this acrylics set. They charged me for everything separately and I didn’t even get a manicure done. That would have been an extra $20. So it was $55 for acrylics + $5 for almond shape (unheard charge of a salon to charge you for giving shape to your nails) + $20 for this V Shape French Manicure. Irrational fees.

I’ve never felt more rushed in my life. I came on Friday afternoon and being that it’s a holiday weekend I wasn’t expecting much because I knew it maybe busy. However I waited for 40 minutes before someone started my service. Finally when the girl got to me I felt as if she was not in a good mood and rushing or trying to speed through my service. She literally filed my skin a few times which was painful but I continued to be patient. My nails look a pure mess. You can tell I got exactly the type of service I was given rushed and sloppy. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE RTURN TO THIS SALON OR RECOMMEND ANYONE. First and last time at this place. The pictures show exactly what I mean.

For men too! Plus they have drinks. They make sure you have a great relaxing service. Never felt rushed. Recommend detox pedicure
