I can’t remember how I found the The Good Polish, but as someone who relocated this past year, they’ve been clutch. The owner is a Black woman, which I appreciate seeing, especially in this industry. I started coming end of March and my nails were nubs. I wanted to get them healthy and strong and Raven helped to start that journey.
Making appointments has always been a seamless process, which I love. And they send reminders like other systems, which adds to the professionalism and ease of patronizing this business. I learned that the owner trains everyone with the same skill set after needing to make an appointment with Raven who was on vacation for some time. I was apprehensive to try someone else bc I get accustomed to one person, but I had the opportunity to get my nails done by Paris who is skilled and personable. I’ve even ventured into less safe things like chrome and trying a new shape. I’ve been rockin’ with Paris ever since, but know that i can always go to someone else and get the same level of service. You’ll see in the pics how much my nails have grown- I’ve even cut them a few times. I love coming here.

Paris and MK are amazing at what they do! On my first visit, MK took inspiration from a dress I was wearing to a wedding and perfectly matched my nail art - I got so many compliments! Paris gives great guidance for maintaining natural long nails - as I'd never grown my nails out before - and does an amazing job putting her creative touch on my nail art, taking into account my preferences and lifestyle. I tell her to do what she wants and she delivers! Highly recommend TGP!

I will never go back to the mall or let anyone besides the ladies at The Good Polish touch my nails.
The ladies are gentle with your nails and cuticles. I didn’t feel like Raven was rushing to get to the next client. She asked me my nail goals and I believe she will help me achieve them.
I love the monthly art special because I’m not creative at all and I don’t like strolling thru IG searching for mail inspo.

All I can say is wow! MK is such a talented individual. She is so knowledgeable and I truly enjoyed getting my nails done with her. She is a fantastic artist. These are my favorite set of nails and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. I drive over an hour to get my nails done and its so worth it. The quality in products and the atmosphere is top notch!

MK and her team are the best. Professional and clean surroundings, relaxing and chill atmosphere! Their work is the best in Charlotte hands down and I won’t trust these nails with anyone else! Thank you ladies! 👏🏾
