I really like this place but I was just disappointed in the situation that just took place. So I pulled up to the location 10 minutes to 6pm and when I got out my car I heard a car horn. The young man that was in the car and stayed my I help you. I advised him I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure. He then told me that I would have to choose one and can’t get both done. No customers were inside at the time. I’m assuming because of the time when he looked down at his watch. I then decided to go right across the street to see if the other nail salon can take care of me. I was politely told that there is a little wait time and 3 individuals was ahead of me but they wouldn’t mine taken care of me. I wish I had the time to wait but where is the customer service when you need. FYI I wouldn’t turn away any customers if they came before business hours and make them feel that their business is not wanted. Have a great night.

Came in on June 28th for a fill-in, was charged $60 and the work was mediocre… which sucks because I hate leaving a bad review and the first time I came in here (a couple of weeks ago) i got a new gel set (the pink nails) with custom design for $75 and the work was bomb unfortunately the lady who did my nails don’t actually work there and was just subbing in for that day. Really disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at Tip Top Nails! The woman who did my nails not only executed exactly what I asked for but went above and beyond, adding intricate details that truly showcased her skill. My nails look stunning and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend this nail salon to everyone. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and talent they exhibit is truly commendable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to get my nails done again!

Loved tip top for a pedicure! Great selection of colors & the service wasn’t rushed. I went back a few weeks later when I needed my dip re-done because I loved the color selection, but it was the worst dip manicure I’ve ever had & I’ve been doing dip for years. The women might be better, but the man (don’t know his name) did mine & filed my nails paper thin with the electric file. He took two hours only for my nails to chip as soon as I got home. I went back & he “fixed” it, but I’ve had this manicure less than two weeks & almost all of my nails are chipped or broken from how thin they are. Can usually go 3-4 weeks without any issues with my dip & am severely disappointed in how this particular manicure has held up because I initially liked this place so much. I may go back for a pedicure, but recommend going somewhere else for dip that lasts like it’s supposed to.

Came in July 11 for a SNS dip manicure with tips and no design. Ended up waiting almost 45 minutes for the tech to finish removing my previous set, granted I was a walk in. I also had asked for coffin shaped nails and was initially told no because of the length I asked for, despite having this length done many times before. She also ended up running the buffer over my finger so much that I bled, despite saying it hurt. I did not want to be rude so I paid and left, but after a literal day this was what I ended up with. Ended up paying $75 for a basic SNS dip + shape and no design, and it was not great quality. Only 4 days in and nails are chipped, cuticles torn up, and a mess with polish all over skin.
