I’ve only gone to Ultra twice. The first time, cat eye & pedicure, was OK. Not perfect, but not enough for me to not try again. The second time, aura nails, the stylist was incredibly nice, but the results are just not something I am enjoying. They are bulky (there are like 10-12 layers of things) with bumps, gaps in the top coat on the edges, bulging, and other imperfections. He was willing to fix imperfections. I checked them and had him fix a few, but I noticed more when I got home. It was getting late, so I was just ready to go at that point.
There was also a girl sitting beside me who had had her nails peel. She said she’s been going there for a year, but there were a lot of mistakes. She said there was only one stylist that she really liked that did not mess up her nails and that’s why she kept coming back. But she couldn’t get in with that stylist.

Do yourself a favor and go see Dave at Ultra Nail Boutique! He’s very good, patient, and a perfectionist. I always get several compliments when he does my nails and these Panther ombré overlay dip nails are to die for. 😍

First let me give them their props -The girl that did my nails is sweet & amazing at shaping , it got a medium short stiletto nails.
However, my pedicure was subpar. I got my nails & toes done last Tuesday, paid abt $145 including tip. My thumb nail broke & a few other nails started to chip on Wednesday. I tried to go back on Wednesday to get it fixed , they told me that it would be a 40 min wait & my tech wasn’t there. They made an appt for me and to come back Thursday. I came back on Thursday, my tech was there but someone else repaired my nail. For all of my nails to be chipped on Friday. It is now Monday & my nail broke again. THE SAME NAIL. I’m not rough or doing anything wild with my hands, so this is unacceptable.

Quality of the work was subpar, if she didn’t think she was capable of accomplishing the request she should’ve passed it off to another nail tech . I believe her name was Biji. Considering the fact that the request was only a brown French tip & 1 heart design. For the price ($20 for 1 heart on 2 fingers & and a messy deep French tip = $85) and work definitely would recommend a different technician. The lady at check out was super helpful and encouraged me to have her redo them because they clearly weren’t of quality and I wasn’t satisfied. Pic is what I asked for and what I got (even after she tried to fix them). Went some where else to get it fixed the next morning & they delivered .

I visited Ultra Nail Boutique for the 1st time because I was in desperate search of a place where customer service is top knotch. Upon entry, I was greeted with a smile. I was extremely happy with the time and care the receptionist took to help explain services and pricing. I have healthy naturally long nails so I am picky about having just any nail tech on my hands. My nail tech Han was amazing. Not only did she take her time and almond shape my nails phenomenally, she was not heavy on the overlay. Because my nail beds are wide, I am very particular about this. I am always undecided when it comes to color, so when I changed my mind, she was patient with me. Instead of a boring Nude French, I went with a perfect for fall color 'Black Cherry Chutney'. There's lots of colors to choose from. The boutique is very cute and cozy, a hidden in plain site gem! I'm excited I found this place and will be going back!
