⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Jasmine and a complimentary drink, offering a calming atmosphere. The salon was clean and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My nail technician, Loan was not only skilled but also took the time to listen to my preferences and offered great suggestions. She was absolutely amazing. I opted for a full set/ French and a pedicure, and the results were absolutely stunning! The attention to detail was remarkable, and I truly appreciated how they ensured everything was perfect. The products used felt high-quality, and I loved the wide selection of colors to choose from. I also enjoyed the lovely massage chairs during my pedicure—it was such a nice touch! Valentino definitely exceeded my expectations. I left feeling pampered and my nails have never looked better. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing nail care experience. I can’t wait to return for my next appointment!

I received a pedicure and had the young lady put acrylic overtop of my natural short nails (hands). The price listed for the acrylic was $40 and she charged me $60. When I showed him the price they advertised, he took $5 off and charged me $55. The manager refused to honor the price listed and tried to give me a $5 bill after I paid but I walked off. He tried to explain to me that with longer nails, the price is higher. Not sure what he considers long nails because mine aren’t. Ask up front what the charge will be for each service you want before they start….they don’t honor the price list they give you.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. Chris did my nails. He did minimal nail bed prep, within 2 days I lost a nail (while just picking up a pile of clothes). I went in and he fixed it. The very next day (day 3) I reach into my backpack and ANOTHER nail pops off. I am now on vacation so I can’t even go back to fix it. I am so upset that I spent $75 for worse quality than press on nails. Also according to their nail price chart, it was only suppose to be $60, but it wasn’t until after they finished my nails that they told me they make their own prices. Will be calling for a refund of types when they open back up tomorrow Update: day 4, another nail popped off while texting!!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I called to ask for a partial refund, they declined and said they would fix my nails when I got back from vacation. I don’t want to have to keep going every other day to fix these nails popping off. Final update: they refused to fix my nails when I came back from vacation even though the manager said they would. They said their policy is only THREE DAYS to get it fixed, this is because they know their work is shoddy. This was my final nail set for the next year due to a long spinal surgery and I was so excited to get them, only for them to last a few days. I am beyond furious.

I went to Valentino about 3 weeks ago & I got dip powder on natural nails. The girl that did my nails did a great job!! But then… I went on 7/9 to receive the same services. I was put with someone else. As he was dipping my nails, he kept patting down the product onto my nails which I have never seen before.. from him patting the product, it created mounds on my nails which were mainly smoothed out but not all of them were. There were dents in the paint that were never fixed. All of my nails were different sizes. I asked him to file them down bc they were to long for my liking. & I kept having to tell him to smooth out the edges of the nails bc they were so sharp. I called the salon the following day & I explained to the receptionist (she was nice about the situation but she’s unable to make the decisions) everything that happened & how I told him to fix my nails. She told me that if I think they need to be fully soaked off & redone.. it will be a charge (which I am not paying anymore money). If I think that a technician can just short them & shape them up then we could see what they could do for me. I paid $60 for my nails & they are not worth $60. The top coat came off of my nails when I got home & continued to come off of my other nails. A piece of the dip ended breaking off already also. IT HAS ONLY BEEN 4 DAYS. & I went to get them soaked off today by another salon.

Let's roll with it! First time visit to this location. None of the glitz and glam like the University location. No mobile bar. No drinks offered (water, soda or wine). Dry!! So if you're looking for that, you'll be disappointed. However, the place is clean. There isn't any super strong fumes filling the air. It's small, but they make good use of the space. My nail technician's name was Romeo. He was friendly and engaging. I was undecided on the color I wanted. He was super helpful with that. Romeo took his time and did a magnificent job. I chose something simple so I could sample his work. I must say I was impressed. He assured me that he will be there for my return visit. I will definitely be back in 2-3 weeks. Service: Manicure, SNS powder
