Probably the best manicure I’ve ever had. Emily was my tech and I came to her with a challenge- I wanted chrome gold French tips. She put in so much effort to make them completely perfect- she even enlisted help from her colleagues. At one point I think I had five people gathered around just to watch!! I’m so happy with the result and grateful for artists who take so much pride in their work.

Great place to unwind and get pampered. Customer Service is on point from the time you walk in, sit down, and start nails. My nail technician expert (Gina) listens to nail style clearly and pays close attention to detail when working on your nails. She does a fabulous job and is kind. Thank you to the staff as well for checking on the customers and doing their due diligence with EXCELLENT SERVICE from START to FINISH!!

When I tell you that this is the only nail salon in Charlotte I trust with getting a fantastic manicure - listen. I’ve been to numerous and Mimosas is the best. I have my go-to tech (Julie!🫶🏻) but anyone can take care of you. I am overly picky and they get it right every time - any shape, color, or style. The best leg massages during a pedicure, hardly a wait time (if you happen to not make an appointment, which try to do for their schedules), and friendly. It is also very clean and they don’t rush to just get you out the door. Keep up the great service!

My experience at Mimosa was nothing short of stellar. Reception was very welcoming and accommodating, and took me in right away. Julie, my tech, was absolutely amazing! Her work was precise and clean and the nails she did are some of the best I’ve ever had. I gave her creative freedom to do a design as well and it turned out delicately beautiful. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Mimosas nail bar is usually my to go place for solid color nails, as I usually prefer a solid natural color (sns) and without fail, no matter the nail technician, the results would exceed my expectations. For the holiday season, I decided to switch it up and do a design with French tips provided with an inspired photo.
To say the least, my recent experience was not the best. I felt the nail technician was rushed: poured acetone on my nails instead of cuticle oil, had to redo my French tips 2-3 times on some nails as they were lopsided, and kept knocking over things in her workspace, etc. Before the nail technician started, I asked if the desired design was possible and they said yes. I felt like I was courteous and pointed out the design flaws when necessary and was not overly critical until I realized my nails would not live up to the inspiration photo I had provided. Mind you, I paid ~$90 for my nails and spent roughly 2 hours there. Minor details were missed and moving forward, I would suggest sticking only to one nail color with no design unless you know the nail technician will produce the results you want.
