Beautiful place but horrible experience never again will I be going to this place or recommend it. I waited like 15 minutes for someone to start doing my nails and saw like 3-4 workers just doing nothing looking at me. On top who ever did my nails did a horrible job. I work at a health care and I get a lot of compliments of how bad they look it only has been a week and I have to pay again somewhere else to get them redone. I got SNS and they look square and ugly.

I went yesterday to get a fill in and pedicure, Rosie did my nails and she did absolutely great, she took her time and made the inspiration I wanted come to life!

This is my third time coming here came in here a week ago to get my nails done i got bow charms on all of my nails and as soon as i got home almost all of the bows had fallen off so i went back up there Thursday and they said they would fix it for free so i also got my toes done and they fixed my nails but did not do what i asked for he only put a bow on one finger and he was rushing the whole time i had got pink nails with a white french tip he had pink polish all over the white i asked for him to fix it and he did but he fixed it with a different color then what he originally used so the white on my nails is two different colors and they just look bad and then he tried to charge me 80$ for the nails ,and my toenails looked decently good accept for like 2/3 toes where the lines on the french tips were wonky then yesterday a charm fell of my toe then today my other toenail completely just cracked in half and came off i will NEVER be coming back the first time i came here the lady who did my nails did an excellent job and when i came back in here the other day i asked for the lady who did my nails the first time if she could do them but apparently she quit and I wonder why i spent a little bit more than 300$ just for my nails to come off or break in one day absolutely not how it should be.!!!

I recently visited, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Jasmine and a complimentary drink, offering a calming atmosphere. The salon was clean and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect place to relax.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My nail technician, Loan was not only skilled but also took the time to listen to my preferences and offered great suggestions. She was absolutely amazing. I opted for a full set/ French and a pedicure, and the results were absolutely stunning! The attention to detail was remarkable, and I truly appreciated how they ensured everything was perfect.
The products used felt high-quality, and I loved the wide selection of colors to choose from. I also enjoyed the lovely massage chairs during my pedicure—it was such a nice touch!
Valentino definitely exceeded my expectations. I left feeling pampered and my nails have never looked better. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing nail care experience. I can’t wait to return for my next appointment!

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. Chris did my nails. He did minimal nail bed prep, within 2 days I lost a nail (while just picking up a pile of clothes). I went in and he fixed it. The very next day (day 3) I reach into my backpack and ANOTHER nail pops off. I am now on vacation so I can’t even go back to fix it. I am so upset that I spent $75 for worse quality than press on nails. Also according to their nail price chart, it was only suppose to be $60, but it wasn’t until after they finished my nails that they told me they make their own prices. Will be calling for a refund of types when they open back up tomorrow
Update: day 4, another nail popped off while texting!!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I called to ask for a partial refund, they declined and said they would fix my nails when I got back from vacation. I don’t want to have to keep going every other day to fix these nails popping off.
Final update: they refused to fix my nails when I came back from vacation even though the manager said they would. They said their policy is only THREE DAYS to get it fixed, this is because they know their work is shoddy. This was my final nail set for the next year due to a long spinal surgery and I was so excited to get them, only for them to last a few days. I am beyond furious.
