The pricing is a lot for very mediocre work. You feel a bit rushed, even as a new customer. I am pretty sure that there are other salons that sell more and higher quality for less. I spent $80+ dollars on something that I could have just done myself. I was not really impressed with what the cost got me. I am glad that I did not spend more.

I used their services for over 2 years because I liked their price and speed, but I never liked the attitude of the workers, especially the older women. I preferred to make appointments with the men because the women were very rude. Sadly, the last time I didn't get an appointment and I got a worker named Christy and I couldn't stand her attitude anymore. She got the wrong color and treated me horribly. It's sad, because the owner is very kind, but he needs to educate his workers and teach them customer service. I Never came back. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

My sister and I were walk-ins and oh my gosh! Everyone here was so nice! Tao, the person who did my pedicure was fantastic!!!! And Anna, the person that did my manicure was amazing! Everything was exactly what I wanted and they were both so sweet. I highly recommend this Nail spa!!!!

I visited Apple Nail Spa a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I have a regular salon that I go to that’s close to my home, but was in need of one that day that was near my office. I had pulled into a parking space at a nail spa on the other side of Johnston Rd, then decided to read reviews. Upon reading about Apple, I decided to cross Johnston and head to Apple, and am I glad I did. Anna was amazing! I got SNS, and they were perfectly shaped! As I shared with Anna on that day, I read about her in the reviews, and she did not disappoint!!!! They have a new client on me!
