We had a defective smoke detector late Friday night. We called Roby early Saturday morning and they connected us to Robert quickly. He got on the phone with us at Home Depot to help us buy the right replacement detector and then promptly came to our house. He quickly fixed our problem and even replaced the batteries in our other 6 smoke detectors. He was a really nice guy and did a great job.

Brad was very professional and personal. Brads task was to service my Generac 20K and address an issue with one the load-shed units. He did both in a very reasonable and safe amount of time. Brad was also able to address questions that I had - especially my warranty and extended warranty. Brad represented Roby Services is the best possible manner - very impressive.

Man! I cannot describe my gratitude and appreciation for this crew from Roby services. Aaron, Adam, and Kimberly are amazing. During Helene a lot of trees fell around our property and messed up our electric. Our property was the hardest hit for us, and we don’t have a driveway currently. Over the past three weeks, this crew, but especially Aaron, did all he could to keep our power on, and they all did an amazing job. Kimberly communicated with me regularly, and was a great project manager, keeping all the pieces moving. We really do love and appreciate how hard all utility and service people are working so hard to help recovery from Helene. But had to give a shout out to this team. Thank you all so much.

August 2024: Jake Mackey came out to home to do a follow up visit on any service needs. He was very professional and addressed concerns with ease. Jake is a great guy to work with and an asset to the Roby Team. We will be following up with Roby in the Fall for lighting needs. Great job, Jake and thank you!
March 2024: Roby Service technicians Gus Gaydick and Cody installed 7 Gimbal spot lighting in my dining room. In addition, they replaced all smoke detectors and an outside floodlight. They were on time, worked together harmoniously and did an outstanding job with the install and cleanup. I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs and handyman services for the home. The company is very professional and strive oriented. Thank you again Roby for a great job!
May 2023: Roby Handyman Services replaced my screen door and surrounding moulding leading to my back deck. Menson was the carpenter, who did an excellent job installing the new screen door. He worked meticulously and kept his workspace clean. I have used this company exclusively for all electrical and handyman services for the past 5 years. Roby excels in quality customer service and their employees are always courteous and professional. An additional thank you to Josue Palma, the divisional manager who initially came to my home to access the repair, take measurements, and order the parts. Another great job Team Roby! Thank you again and as always...will use you in the future. I highly recommend this company for home services.
January 2022: I used Roby Services to install 20 Gimbal spotlights, install outdoor deck light. Matt Barrett was the electrician who service our home. Matt was very courteous and professional. He maintained a "be careful" policy and worked diligently to complete the project on time. We could not be more pleased with our new lights. We have used Roby Services several times in the past and have never been disappointed. In addition to Matt, another electrician, Mark, was on sight to assist Matt with location of joists and wall studs. Great job to both men and thank you, Roby Services for providing the service.
March 2021: I have used Roby Services for a variety of projects. Mostly lighting installations and most recently, install an electric Dimplex fireplace into an existing gas fireplace cavity. This was the first time I used other divisions of the company outside electrical. Those include plumbing to cap off gas leading to old fireplace and carpentry, to remove old mantle, create new mantle and install. The men at Roby were on time, professional, worked clean, were open to suggestion, attentive, respectful of one's home and highly skilled. Many thanks to the following employees who made this last job flawless: Jamison, who coordinated the team to start to finish effortlessly. Tyler, Robert and Gus who added spotlights and ran a new dedicated line for the new Dimplex unit. Chou, who capped the gas off and made sure all underneath the home was safe and ready to go. Finally, Josue and Chris, the carpenter's who created a mantle...a work of modern art in my home. Needless to say, these two gentlemen went above and beyond expectation and I could not be more pleased and impressed with their carpentry and drywalling skills. Thank you Roby for all you do and making my home world a little better. My clients were due to arrive in a couple hours completing their two day drive across country to their new home in SC. While dropping off their key, I noticed the a/c was not working upstairs. It was 86degrees! Roby Services sent technician, Matt Braswell, and he diagnosed that the capacitor was shot. With a new one in his truck, Matt was able to install, and have the house cooling off before my clients arrived. What a life saver!!
