I tried to fix my toilet on my own. Epic fail! I have family visiting for the Labor Day weekend and needed a professional to fix the toilet. Luckily, Michael & Son could fit me in today. They sent me a text message once my appointment was confirmed notifying me of my technician. I appreciate the extra safety and care that they exhibit toward their customers. This helps to verify the identity of the technician who arrives.
Ryan called and said he could come earlier. He arrived about 20 minutes later. He was dressed in a uniform and used shoe covers to avoid tracking any dirt in the house. He was friendly and professional. He looked at my issue, walked me through the solution, and provided a quote. They charge for the work task, not by the hour so you know and understand what your final bill will be when the work is complete. After I agreed to proceed, he finished the repair pretty quickly. Ryan cleaned up all the water, materials, took the old parts, and even put the floor mat back in place that I moved prior to his arrival. The work also comes with a warranty.
I have used Michael & Son for electrical work, but now I can attest that they are just a great company all around. I would highly recommend them for any home need that you want done right the first time.

This note is in reference to the recent work that was completed at my residence on November 20, 2024. I would like to highly commend technician Van Ruata for his excellent service in repairing the leaks that were addressed. Van demonstrated his leadership by quickly assessing the source of the leak and working diligently to resolve the issue. Van was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and professional. He explained each step he was taking and I appreciated the extra attention he gave to detail. I was impressed with his ability to get the job done efficiently and effectively. It is rare to meet a leader such as Van. He is a star performer and I would not be surprised at any future promotions that he will receive while under the employ of your company as he is committed to excellence. You are very blessed to have Van as a member of your team; he is quite an exceptional team player and leader and represents Michael & Son Services well. I would certainly request him again to work on any of the services you offer in my home.

Tommy, is very professional. Let me know exactly what needed to be repaired in my home. Was very patient with me & the home warranty company, who had us on hold and keep transferring us, to different departments. Completely his job in a timely manner and wore shoes covered in my home.Only complaint is the price. I don’t feel this job should’ve cost $456.00 , this is my opinion.

Tyler and his partners did a great job communicating up to the visit, worked very hard all day, and successfully installed our wonderful new furnace. He explained the smart thermostat patiently and effectively, and was just a joy to meet. My father and I have both used this company and have readily referred them to friends and family.

Holiday weekend hanging a final shelf for the wife's office and i got extremely unlucky and drilled into a water line inside the wall. Water was shooting out everywhere. I got the main shut down and called Michael and Sons immediately. They had a technician named Matt come to house within and hour and a half from my call. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my dumb mistake and was very helpful. Thanks again for the fast response and perfect repair.
